2013
Pintex creation and acquisition of a business unit from a multinational company operating in the field of voluminous nonwoven products.
2014 – 2015
Business enhancement and simultaneous improvement of corporate structure and management systems. Entry in the abrasives market for household and industrial sectors.
2016 – 2017
Design and construction of a new plant for the manufacturing of voluminous nonwoven products using “Air-Lay” technology.
2018 – 2019
Further development of industrial and organization structure to accelerate the relevant market penetration.
Reinforcement of Pintex relationship with Barbiflex through purchase of a major quantity of shares.
2020 – 2021
Increase in production output and product range. Reinforcement of sales organization structure in order to have a stronger market presence.

TECHNOLOGIES
ARISING FROM KNOW-HOW
Our people skills and how-how, manufacturing and technical output, product innovation…in the 12,000 square meters factory in Novedrate, in the province of Como, our 4 production lines produce waddings and resin-coated or therrmo-bonded nonwoven products in panels or rolls.
The making process of fiber veil and/or fiber mat is carried out either by carding or by aerodynamic formation (AIR-LAY).
The process of fiber bonding can be done by:
- Needle-punching
- Thermo-bonding
- Resin-coating
- Calendering (smoothing)
- Thickness control
Furthermore, we have a heat bonding plant for pairing materials with different compositions using heath.
